Basic Operations in Notion Pro

From the Menu Bars

The Menu Bars are where the System Administrator performs all the principal Setup and Control operations within Notion Pro.

Menu - Home

The options under View Data2 enable you to view Live data (all Users) and set and manipulate various aspects of data which go to make up the Live Data display (System Administrator Users only). See Viewing Data for more details.

User Alerts2 enables you to set up email and SMS User Alerts (System Administrator Users only). See Setting Up User Alerts for more details.

Reports2 enables you to set up and run Reports. See Setting Up and Running Reports for more details.

Logs2 enables you to view System Logs (all Users).

 

Menu - System Overview

The System Overview page comes up when you click Home .

Sensor Groups2 displays the available Sensor Groups which have been set up by the System Administrator.

 

Menu - Admin

The Admin and Settings menus enable the System Administrator to set up Notion Pro for use following installation.

For each transmitter you can:

see the alarm status

see whether a door is open

see the state of the battery
