If a transmitted signal can’t get through for some reason, data is stored in the sensor/transmitter's  on-board cache.

Backfill  the process by which stored data is transferred automatically from the sensor/transmitter to the ARB Module, via RFID, when the sensor/transmitter is placed close to the ARB Module
